I will read the Student Life handbook and agree to abide by all the policies, rules and regulations of Darul Qasim as presented in the student handbook once I have been accepted as a registered student.
If I am unable to download the Student Life handbook due to technical issues, I will email student.affairs@darulqasim.org to receive an email attached copy of the handbook after submitting this form.
