Mawlana Atiq Taiyab
Full-time faculty member
He is a faculty member at Darul Qasim College and a graduate of its Intermediate and Advanced Programs. He studied Bukhari and Islamic theology (Kalam) under Shaykh Amin Kholwadia, and Arabic language—including grammar, morphology, literature, and composition—under Mawlana Aziz Ahmed, a scholar trained at Darul Uloom Deoband and Darul Uloom Nadwatul Ulama. He has also completed further studies in the Islamic Sciences in South Africa and Pakistan.
Mawlana Arif Kamal
Full-time faculty member
He serves as Chair of the Shaykh al-Hind Program and Assistant Dean of Students. He teaches Islamic Law, Qur’anic Exegesis, and Arabic. After completing his hifz at IIE, he received an ijazah in tajweed and in the Qirā’ah of Hafs ʿan ʿAṣim. He studied hadith at Darul Qasim, earning ijazat from its illustrious scholars, along with additional ijāzāt in musalsalāt and other collections from various scholars. He later specialized in tafsīr through the Takhaṣṣuṣ fī al-Tafsīr program under Shaykh Amin Kholwadia, Mawlana Kamil Uddin, and Dr. Issam Eido.
Mawlana Faraz AbdulMoid
Full-time faculty member
